How do I sign up now?
Go to the registration page and fill out the registration form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions. We accept cash, check or you can pay via credit card securely and online. Once we’ve received your registration information you will be contacted.
What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of dumbbells (3, 5, 8, 10, or 12 lbs depending on fit level) an exercise mat and running shoes.You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Workout gloves are highly recommended. Winter gloves with textured palms during cooler months). Dress in a layered fashion…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast! Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you know your muscles are working & getting stronger!
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you! Some are those who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program, some are athletes who wish to cross train for their specific sport, some are Mom’s who need to get back in shape after childbirth, or brides getting fit for their big day, and most are those who have seen for themselves how effective and fun boot camp is, most attend year round. Every level of fitness is represented and no one is ever left behind!
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp which will be valid for 3 months. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given toward private fitness training. Missed days are not credited, the whole purpose is to be accountable with your fitness program. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable. If class is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances a makeup will be given. No cash refunds.
One on one members : 24 hours notice required for cancellation otherwise payment will be deducted.
Please note that due to rare occurrences of severe weather conditions out of our control, no credit will be issued for canceled class, though in most circumstances a make up will be added.
What is a typical day like at camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to provide muscle confusion and to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running,( Or brisk walking if modifications are necessary) weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope ( or modified options) each week. Modifications are always given for individual needs. You will have fun, breathe in the fresh outdoor air, learn a great deal about proper form ,core stability, nutrition, and much more!
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Not uncommon to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different! The scale s not the focus, rather body composition is!
What will I do after camp is over?
You will get re-measured to see your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return month after month,, and do boot camp year round for continued progress!
