How do I sign up ?
Go to the registration page and fill out the registration form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions. We accept cash, check or you can pay via credit card securely and online. Once we’ve received your registration information you will be contacted.

What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of dumbbells (3, 5, 8, 10, or 12 lbs depending on fit level) an exercise mat and running shoes. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Workout gloves are highly recommended. Winter gloves with textured palms during cooler months. Dress in a layered fashion…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast! Here are some tried &  true boot camp recommended items and a few everyday items BABC ladies love!


Will I be sore sometimes?
Anytime you work muscles that you have not been working, or increase intensity, you may feel some soreness, all part of the process. Megan makes certain that no one increases weight or intensity until they are ready. Safety always first priority.

What if I am not in shape?
No worries, that is Megan’s job!  You are simply required to show up & have a positive attitude!  Every level of fitness is welcomed &  represented , no one is ever left behind and everyone makes progress!

What is a typical day like at camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to provide muscle confusion and to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running or brisk walking depending on fit level/ability, weight training, core training, resistance band training, to name just a few.  Modifications are always given for individual needs. You will have fun, breathe in the fresh outdoor air, ( outdoor fitness is the best immunity booster there is!) & learn a great deal about proper form ,core stability, nutrition, and much more!

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as your first week. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Not uncommon to see a camper go down 1 full dress sizes within the first camp alone. Remember, everyone is different! The scale is not the focus, rather body composition is!

What will I do after camp is over?
You will  get re-measured to see your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 85%) of the campers return month after month, doing this incredible outdoor fitness program  year round for continued progress!

Is there a refund policy?
 If you are unable to attend a boot camp session due to circumstances out of your control, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp which will be valid for 3 months. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given toward private fitness training. Missed days are not credited, the whole purpose is to be accountable with your fitness program. If class is cancelled due to extreme weather or circumstances, a makeup will be added on a Saturday. There are no refunds.
One on one members : 24 hours notice required for cancellation otherwise payment will be deducted.
Please note that due to rare occurrences of severe weather conditions out of our control, no credit will be issued for canceled class, though in most circumstances a make up will be added.
