History

BABC was incorporated in October 2006 by CPT Megan Sullivan. The first ever boot camp was held in January 2007.
Since that time, hundreds & hundreds of women have found the secret to not only getting fit, but staying fit, and developing a life long love of fitness!
Even those who have struggles with keeping with a fitness program through out their life, admit they have a much more positive view of fitness now,and look forward to showing up!
